Who we are

The controller responsible for your data is Henartech Yazılım Ltd. Şti., a limited liability company registered in Türkiye. Our contact details are at the end of this page and on our legal notice page.

What we collect

• Contact form and email: your name, email address, company name (optional), the services you are interested in and your message
• Technical data: IP address, time of access, page visited, browser and device information (server logs)
• Country of access, derived from your IP address to show the right language. It is not stored.

Why we use it and our legal bases

• To answer your request and prepare an offer: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c))
• To run the website securely and prevent abuse: our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f))
• To comply with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç))

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioural advertising.

We use two service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (website hosting, USA) and Resend / Plus Five Five, Inc. (delivery of contact form messages by email, USA). We may also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.

International transfers

We are based in Türkiye and our providers process data in the United States. Where data from the EU, UK or Türkiye is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, the standard contracts published by Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Board, or, for requests you send us directly, the transfer being necessary to respond to your request.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries once they are fully handled, at the latest two years later, unless a contract follows and statutory retention periods apply. Server logs are kept briefly and deleted automatically.

Cookies

We only set one strictly necessary cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, when you choose a language. It remembers your choice for one year. We use no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not load fonts or other content from third-party servers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict or object to our processing, including processing based on legitimate interests
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

How to exercise your rights

Email us at the address below. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We respond within one month (GDPR), 30 days (KVKK) or 45 days (CCPA), free of charge. You may use an authorised agent where your local law allows it.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
